NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Your sales representative will work closely with you to capture your unique needs, including a walk through of the product journey & desired consumer experience.
DESIGN, DRAWINGS, & QUOTE
Our dedicated design team collaborates with you to provide designs that meet the identified aesthetic & functional goals for your package.
PROTOTYPING
Once the drawing is approved, we move to prototyping. You will receive a physical prototype to evaluate and approve form, fit, & function of the final product.
TOOLING & MANUFACTURING
After the prototype is approved, we will craft your custom tooling in our in-house tool & die shop within 6 - 8 weeks. Then, we will manufacture the package on one of our 17 manufacturing lines.
